What You Will Do
- Manage and grow OEM accounts through strategic, relationship-led planning.
- Proactively drive sales and margin using value-based selling and consultative discovery.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure strong outcomes for customers and this company.
- Provide application engineering solutions, offering technical support that turns requirements into tailored options.
- Deliver administrative support to the Sales Director, including generating reports and maintaining clear updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and strategic objectives, including some domestic and international travel.

What You Will Bring
- Experience in technical sales and consultative selling, ideally within B2B environments.
- Demonstrable experience managing customers across domestic and international markets.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Good time management and prioritization, with the ability to stay organized while travelling.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and a basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and relevant processes.
