Winchmore Tutors has been providing 1:1 and small-group specialist tuition since 2008, working with schools and local authorities from across the country. We support students of all backgrounds and needs, providing a high-quality, safe, and inclusive learning packages.
Our Account Managers work closely with clients, parents/carers, students, and tutors to manage the overall success of tuition and educational outcomes.
In this role you would work to maintain relationships with clients, maintain communication with parents/carers, students and tutors, and quality assure and monitor all tuition that takes place.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Client and Account Management
- Serve clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Place and fill all placements in 'submission accepted'
- Resource for placements where the tutor is unable to continue tuition
- Monitor tuition and outcomes, ensuring students access their full hours and make progress towards their individual goals
- Perform set-up and review meetings
- Monitor your student's attendance and lesson summaries on a daily and weekly basis
- Put in place attendance reviews where required
- Checking details on our systems
- Ensuring any student or safeguarding concerns are handled in the correct manner
- Communicate with LAs in a timely manner
- Monitor the end of tuition and manage extensions
- Support other members of staff and roles, in particular, assisting with our revision camps during holiday periods
- Any other administrative tasks
