Are you an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record in outbound B2B telesales?
Do you enjoy opening conversations, building relationships and helping businesses solve commercial challenges? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Business Professions is a specialist finance business providing short-term working capital solutions to law firms and other professional practices throughout the UK. We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our friendly, ambitious team.
This is not a high-volume call centre role. You'll be speaking with senior decision makers including Managing Partners, Finance Directors and Practice Managers, introducing finance solutions that genuinely help professional firms manage cash flow and improve working capital.
Full product and industry training will be provided. What we are really looking for is someone who knows how to prospect, build rapport, ask the right questions and create opportunities.
About the role
Working from our offices overlooking the beautiful Parkstone Bay Marina, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities by telephone and managing prospects through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
