We're now looking for an Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team and take ownership of a portfolio of customers, helping them maximise value from their investment in ANS while identifying opportunities to grow alongside us.

What You'll Be Doing..

As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of around 100 Small and Medium Business customers, building long-term relationships that drive retention, growth and exceptional customer experience.

You'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, understanding their goals, challenges and priorities while helping them identify technology solutions that deliver real business value.

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of SMB customers.
  • Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Driving customer retention and reducing churn.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the ANS portfolio.
  • Leading regular service and commercial review meetings.
  • Managing contract renewals and ensuring continued customer success.
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Acting as an escalation point for customers when required.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue and performance targets.

What We're Looking For..

We're looking for someone who combines excellent relationship-building skills with strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

You'll Likely Have

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or customer growth roles.
  • A proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and challenging conversations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
