Account Manager - Specialist PR / Communications Consultancy - Real Estate / Investment

Location: Central London - Hybrid, 4 days in office

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

The Company

A newly launched specialist communications consultancy built exclusively for the real estate investment industry - working with asset owners, fund managers and their advisers across real estate, infrastructure and natural capital.

Founded by a team of senior communications professionals who saw a clear gap in the market, the business is purpose-built to serve organisations operating in sectors that are heavily shaped by politics, regulation and public policy. Their proposition combines deep sector knowledge with genuine communications expertise - helping clients build reputation, influence stakeholders and communicate effectively in complex, high-stakes markets.

This is a challenger business at an exciting moment. The foundations are strong, the client base is growing and they are now building out their team to meet demand. For the right person, it's a genuine opportunity to join early, grow with the business and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates.

The Role

This is an Account Manager role for someone with a background in communications or PR who is ready to take on real ownership of client work in a fast-paced, sector-focused environment.

You'll take day-to-day responsibility for client accounts - leading on media outreach, content development and strategic counsel - while playing a key role in shaping client strategy alongside senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
