Key Account Manager | Paediatric Specialty Pharma
Territories: East of England (including London) Reporting to: Country Manager, UK & Ireland Contract: Permanent, full-time, field-based
About the company
Our client is a specialist pharmaceutical company focused entirely on medicines for children. It develops and commercialises paediatric formulations in areas where children have historically been underserved. The UK business currently markets two niche hospital products in paediatric neurology and cardiology, with three new launches in the pipeline.
The role
Our client is hiring two Key Account Managers to own and grow hospital business across their territories. It's a rare chance to join a small, mission-driven company at a point of real growth, and to play a direct part in three upcoming launches rather than maintaining a mature portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
