Account Manager

Location: Dunstable / Hybrid
Hours: 9am-5pm
Employment type: Full Time

Join Intelli EV

Intelli EV is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team in the electric vehicle charging industry. This is a varied role involving customer account management, order processing and communications. You will act as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a professional and responsive service while keeping them informed about orders, new products and the latest developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and account updates.
  • Process and manage internal and customer orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track orders, deliveries and customer requests.
  • Provide customers with clear and timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate account, order and product records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and develop existing accounts.
  • Manage and update Intelli EV’s social media channels.
  • Create engaging posts about new products, services, installations and company news.
  • Respond to social media messages and comments, escalating enquiries where necessary.
  • Support the preparation of customer communications, product announcements and marketing materials.
  • Assist the wider team with administrative and operational duties when required.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

  • Professional, confident and customer-focused.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing several customer accounts and priorities.
  • A clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Confident using email, Microsoft Office and online business systems.
  • Familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership of tasks.
  • Interested in learning about electric vehicle charging products and technology.

Previous experience in account management, customer service, administration, order processing or social media would be advantageous. Experience within the automotive, electrical or EV sectors would be beneficial, although full product training will be provided.
