Account Manager - Commerce & Retail Agency - London (Hybrid)

Are you an Account Manager looking for a role where you'll take real ownership, build meaningful client relationships, and play a key role in delivering outstanding commerce and retail media campaigns?

DNA Recruit is working with a Commerce & Retail Agency that's growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its London team. This is a genuinely hands-on opportunity where you'll manage client relationships, oversee integrated campaigns for leading FMCG brands, and become a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues from day one.

About the Role

This is far more than a traditional account management position. You'll take ownership of multiple client accounts, manage projects from brief through to delivery, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams, you'll translate client objectives into clear project plans while maintaining strong commercial oversight across budgets, estimates, purchase orders and billing. You'll also become the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value wherever possible.

If you enjoy working in a collaborative agency where your ideas matter and your contribution is recognised, this role offers excellent scope for progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
