As a global, next-generation precision marketing agency we leverage data, creativity, technology, and empathy to foster client growth. We champion individuality in the marketing solutions we create, and in our workplace. We fight for solutions that adapt to the individual’s needs, beliefs, behaviours, and aspirations.
We foster an inclusive workplace that emphasises personal well-being.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join our team at RAPP London, supporting one of the world’s most iconic luxury fashion brands: Ralph Lauren. This is a unique opportunity to work on a full-service account, across data, technology and creative, delivering best-in-class customer engagement experiences for a globally recognised brand.
The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the large-scale eCRM programme, spanning multiple workstreams including BAU campaigns, and Special Projects. You’ll be the key day-to-day contact between internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery, proactive planning, and strategic alignment.
- You will report directly into the Business Director, providing a great opportunity for growth and progression, at one of the world’s leading customer engagement agencies.
- You will thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment and will understand the unique challenges of running a busy eCRM account within an agency.
- You will be able to hit the ground running, working with a team of project managers across multiple workstreams (BAU and Special Projects).
- As well as ensuring the day-to-day projects are running smoothly, you will be forward thinking, incredibly organised, comfortable trouble shooting, course correcting, and rolling your sleeves up.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and day-to-day contact. Working collaboratively with a team of Project Managers and cross-functional specialists (data, creative, tech) to ensure smooth workflow / delivery.
- You will identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance client satisfaction. You will uphold high standards across all deliverables, ensuring campaigns meet SLAs and internal teams are supported with any process challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
