Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced marketer to fill the position of Account Manager with high levels of digital expertise. You will have strong project management and organisational skills as well as proven experience of digital and social strategy and implementation which is key to being successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Seamlessly deliver a series of digital, social and media-focused projects to time, budget and KPIs.
- Preparing, writing and distributing robust weekly reports that capture key performance metrics and campaign highlights.
- Liaison and collaboration with internal creative teams in ensuring the design and artwork assets meet the brief.
- Delivering key workstreams, including media agencies, influencer agencies and strategic consultants.
- Oversight and management of total campaign budgets.
- Management of project timelines, working with all departments across the business to ensure projects are well planned and delivered on time.
- Thorough financial management, including chasing POs, preparation of quotes, processing sales and purchase invoices and regular financial reporting.
- Building strong partnerships to enable good working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Commercial mindset of profitability when negotiating and managing agreements with external suppliers.
- Meticulous and highly organised, especially when it comes to managing multiple briefs, quotations, invoices and our internal systems.
- You will be responsible for nurturing your relationships into partnerships, and living and breathing our agency values.
- Produce insightful and clearly articulated presentations and reports.
- Responsible for ensuring performance of campaigns and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to extend client relationships.
- Lead a mini client team to deliver against the client objectives.

Requirements
- Experience specialising in brand and marketing strategy, including brand positioning, architecture, or innovation.
- Experience with clients in the personal care sector is a plus!
- Resilience - you need to be able to pull up your sleeves and work hard to get the task done.
- Experience owning workstreams, project teams and client deliverables.
- Comfortable managing and analysing digital insights across all platforms.
- You will have worked with clients to plan, build and run digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid search, social media and content marketing channels.
- Ability to be flexible, things change in Marketing! Embracing that change is really important.
- Ability to manage client relationships strategically, commercially and operationally.
- Leadership in strategic new business pitches and initiatives and impact in client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to foster collaboration and high-quality output from team members.
- Ambitious, growth mindset, hungry to succeed, with a passion for best-in-class creativity and perfection in delivery.
- An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions.
- Able to manage multiple pieces of work and projects, in a fast-paced environment.
- A superb sense of humour.
