Brunswick Group’s Investor Brand practice is recruiting for an Account Manager in London.

We are looking for a confident and highly organised client manager who can independently run smaller engagements and work on substantial workstreams within larger programmes under the guidance of senior colleagues. You will build trusted day-to-day client relationships, keep complex work moving and support Client Directors and Partners on larger programmes.

Investor Brand has three core engines: Financial Communications, Strategic Events and Corporate Brand. These are underpinned by our Film & Live and Design capabilities. Our work is varied, from results, M&A and other significant investor moments to naming, rebrands, employee engagement campaigns, annual and ESG reporting, film, content and live experiences. This role focuses chiefly on Corporate Brand and creative projects, though there will expectation to support colleagues across Financial Communications and Strategic Events when needed.

The Account Manager is part of our wider account management team. You will work closely with account team colleagues, strategists, designers, producers and Partners. The role has no line-management responsibility.

About The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Client and account management

  • Independently manage day-to-day client relationships on smaller engagements and defined workstreams within larger programmes, supporting Client Directors and Partners.
  • Build a strong understanding of each client’s business, stakeholders and communications priorities.
  • Turn client requests into clear briefs, actions and decisions, seeking senior input where the strategic or commercial judgement requires.
  • Coordinate strategists, designers, writers, producers and other specialists so the team has a clear brief, timely inputs and shared priorities.
  • Work closely with appropriate colleagues on scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks and dependencies, with clear ownership across the delivery team.
  • Coordinate feedback and approvals, manage expectations and raise risks or sensitive issues early; support the team to maintain a high standard of quality control.
  • Work as an active member of the wider account management team, sharing client intelligence, actions and opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience in a leading agency environment, or working with listed or high-profile organisations, would be beneficial but is not essential.
