Account Manager
We're working with a fast-growing, tech-led B2B business that is changing the way its industry operates. As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their customer-focused team and take ownership of key client relationships.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys building genuine relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders and looking for opportunities to retain and grow existing accounts. You'll work closely with a senior client lead, with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on the customer, account performance and long-term growth.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships across a portfolio of B2B clients
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account
- Support client retention and identify opportunities for account growth
- Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales through to delivery
- Prepare and present client reports, KPIs and account performance updates
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure actions and commitments are delivered
- Identify opportunities across products and services and support commercial growth
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with the relevant teams to resolve them
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders on account strategy and commercial opportunities

Role Requirements
- We’re open to people from creative and design agencies, technology, logistics, manufacturing and other relationship-led B2B environments.
- 2+ years' experience managing, retaining and growing client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a genuine focus on customer experience
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident picking up the phone and having proactive conversations with clients
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong ownership
