Account Manager
We are working with an established Tech company in Leeds city centre who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. Focussing on building and enhancing client and supplier relationships, driving process, and overseeing key business operations. Acting as that key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a strong partnership. Developing an extensive client base, you will be working closely with the Managing Director to develop and share their service offerings.
This is a key role within the business and to drive the business forward into 2027, key duties will involve:
- Working on reviewing the existing client commercial terms and help to develop service value proposition
- Influencing and evolving the client management to deliver improved results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and teams to devise projects
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams
- Identify key opportunities for increased client interaction and revenue growth
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Oversee supplier performance
- Manage administrative functions
- Contribute to business development activities, including assisting with developing, presenting and following up proposals and attending client meetings
- Participate in marketing initiatives and campaigns

This is an exciting opportunity, this fully office-based Account Management role offers opportunity for development and investment in you to progress is paramount, with great benefits, the successful applicant will have;
- Proven ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a commercial or operational capacity
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Familiarity with accounting platforms (e.g. Xero) and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is advantageous but not essential
