It is now entering the cosmetic active ingredients field with existing suppliers and looking for an Account manager to lead the charge.
Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time role based in Faygate (West Sussex) with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site and work-from-home days. This position manages a portfolio of cosmetic customer accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their ingredient and product requirements, and providing timely, accurate support.

Daily activities include:

- Handling inquiries
- Preparing quotations
- Processing orders
- Monitoring deliveries
- Coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, quality, and finance to ensure smooth service
The Account Manager will track sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and support business development initiatives within the pharmaceutical, nutrition, and animal feed markets. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, attending relevant meetings or customer visits, and ensuring all activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and customer service skills, including relationship building, proactive communication, and problem-solving.
- Experience in B2B sales or commercial roles, ideally within cosmetic or related ingredients sectors.
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail in handling quotations, orders, and documentation.
- Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and CRM or ERP systems to manage customer data and sales activity.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in HQ with independent work from home.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Comfort working with technical product information and willingness to learn about ingredients, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, life sciences, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a family-run or SME environment is an advantage.
