Initial 9 months, with view to extend

Your New Role
Our client is a global car finance and leasing specialist, who are looking for a temporary Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team. The role itself is to manage a portfolio of a fleet between 5- 500 cars with different levels of complexity of customer. You will contact your customers via email and phone calls and keeping the customer satisfaction high. You will manage and develop all relationships within your portfolio and supporting the wider team.

Ensuring Your Success
Ideally you will have extensive customer service or account management experience managing a high volume of customers. Strong communication and stakeholder management both internally and externally is essential. You will have the ability to support a team, not afraid to ask for help but can work independently.
