Role Description
The Account Manager role at Advance Connects is a full-time, on-site position based in Ellesmere Port. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure campaigns are delivered to agreed KPIs, and act as the main point of contact for client queries and updates. - Briefing internal teams
- Monitoring telemarketing and lead generation performance
- Reviewing appointment quality
- Preparing regular reports and insights for clients

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience coordinating B2B campaigns such as telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably across multiple sectors.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain data-driven insights and campaign performance clearly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical capabilities, including basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and campaign metrics.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality assurance, and marketing.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer success, telemarketing, or account management is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices when engaging with clients, colleagues, and prospects.
