About Digital Practice

Digital Practice is a veterinary technology company built exclusively for the veterinary industry. Our platform helps veterinary practices improve client communication, payments and engagement, supported by a range of digital services including websites and marketing.

Our clients range from independent practices to large corporate veterinary groups, as well as pharmaceutical and industry partners. Many of our team come from clinical or veterinary backgrounds, so we understand the day-to-day realities of practice life, and we bring that empathy to everything we build. We're a remote-first team that stays closely connected, values initiative, and genuinely cares about the success of the practices we support.

The Role

As Digital Practice continues to grow, we're creating a new Account Manager role to build strong, long-term relationships with our veterinary practice and industry clients, helping them get the most from our products and services, and spotting opportunities for their growth and ours. You'll be the trusted point of contact who ensures every client feels supported, informed and confident working with Digital Practice.

What You'll Do

  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients through visits and remote communication to understand their objectives, agree priorities and ensure they are getting the most from our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts, ensuring continuous support and strong connections with practice teams.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure all services are delivered on time and to a high standard, reporting on KPIs and performance.
  • Business Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients and meet retention and revenue targets.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with colleagues working on the same account, product, development, support, web design, and marketing specialists, to ensure a consistent, joined-up service.
  • Client Support and Training: Provide comprehensive training and support, both in person and remotely, tailoring sessions to each client's needs.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise and collaborate with the team and clients to implement solutions.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients across all aspects of our services, offering revisits and additional support as needed.
  • Industry Networking: Act as an ambassador for the company, building your industry network and attending in-person events when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
