About the role...

As Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering creative projects from brief through to completion, acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is naturally proactive, highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

What you'll be doing day to day...

  • Managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
  • Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted day-to-day contact across multiple accounts
  • Writing clear, effective briefs and confidently briefing internal creative teams to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Monitoring project timings, budgets and financial performance, ensuring agency processes are followed throughout
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for growth, added value and continued success

About you...

This Account Manager role would suit a driven, switched-on and energetic individual who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of projects and making things happen. You'll be naturally curious, commercially aware and confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

What we're looking for...

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, or an experienced Account Executive ready to take the next step
  • Agency experience managing creative, integrated, retail, shopper marketing, brand activation or marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and project financials
  • A proactive, positive attitude with plenty of drive, initiative and great energy
