Job Overview

Based in Manchester, UK. You will focus on customer retention, relationship management, client liaison, and after-sales service. Your goal is to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, while building sustainable, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily liaison, relationship management, and consistent service for existing partners; Maintain regular positive communication and solidify client partnerships.
  • Capture client requirements, feedback, and user experience in a timely manner; coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and handle routine matters and after-sales enquiries.
  • Maintain client records, track project progress, and contract fulfilment status. Conduct regular account reviews, identify potential risks, and take proactive retention measures.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, drive repeat orders, and sustained collaboration to secure stable revenue from existing accounts.
  • Communicate brand policies, product updates, and service standards to clients, standardise communication workflows, and safeguard brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset and empathy; attentive and adept at long-term relationship nurturing.
  • Excellent communication skills with efficient coordination capabilities to resolve disputes and manage account risks.
  • Reliable, resilient under pressure, and highly proactive, committed to long-term account management.
  • Prior experience in account management, customer support, or client relationship roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
