Junior Account Manager
Are you tired of waiting for your chance to shine? Maybe you’re working for one of the big IT resellers. You’re buried in someone else’s pipeline, stuck in sales support, and wondering when you’ll get a shot at something more. Or perhaps you’re with a smaller firm. You’re doing a bit of everything, learning lots, but going nowhere fast. No real plan. No real progression. Just more of the same. Sound familiar? Good. Because you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
At Axess Systems, we’re offering you the opportunity to step into a proper sales role. One where you’re trusted, supported, and given the chance to grow.
We’ve helped others do it. Some of our top salespeople began their careers in this exact role. Now they’re running major accounts and earning very nicely. If you’ve got the hunger, we’ll help you get there too.
So, what’s the job?
You’ll be joining us as a Junior Account Manager. Which means you’ll stop chasing other people’s leads and start building and managing your own pipeline and clients. You’ll build real relationships, run your own deals, and finally start making an impact with your name on it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
