IMA is a global creative agency on a mission to build brands people want to be part of. We are looking for a collaborative, proactive Account Manager to join our Global Retail team.

In this role, you won't just manage accounts; you'll be a key driver behind campaigns and retail rollouts for one of the world's most iconic sports brands. If you enjoy managing multiple priorities and are ready to take your expertise across the EU, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between ambitious client goals and world-class creative execution. You'll own the day-to-day delivery of workstreams, ensuring every project is on brief, on budget and on schedule. You'll combine strong project coordination with trusted client partnership, building relationships and keeping momentum across every stage of delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner to their business.
  • Drive the Work: Brief creative and strategy teams with clarity to ensure our output reflects the quality of the brands we represent.
  • Coordinate Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets and multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic Input: Bring fresh market insights and sports retail trends to help shape future campaigns.

What we’re looking for

  • Creative Agency Experience: Proven experience in a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Interest in Retail & Sport: A genuine interest in fashion, culture and sport.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong client management, budget tracking and timeline management skills.
  • Global Mindset: Comfortable working with international teams and willing to travel within the EU.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges, managing priorities and working collaboratively to keep projects moving forward.
