Role Overview
A fast-growing B2B financial infrastructure business is launching a dedicated client team focused on PSPs and acquirers and is looking for a (Senior) Account Manager to join the build-out.
You’ll manage a portfolio of new and existing PSP and acquiring clients, becoming a trusted commercial and operational partner across their payment activities. The role requires a strong understanding of acquirer ecosystems, card processing and payment collection mechanics, with plenty of scope to deepen relationships and identify opportunities across the wider platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of PSP and acquirer clients, managing relationships, performance and ongoing commercial activity.
- Build strong relationships across client organisations, from operational and technical stakeholders through to senior decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of client payment flows, processing models and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships across payments, FX, accounts and wider financial infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal Product, Operations, Sales and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver against client needs.

Ideal Candidate:
- Must have managed a portfolio of PSP and/or acquirer clients.
- Strong understanding of acquiring, card processing, payment collection and the wider payments ecosystem.
- Commercially minded relationship manager who can identify opportunities and build long-term client partnerships.
