We're hiring on behalf of a leading provider of automation platforms for law firm operations, recognized globally for guiding firms through technological shifts. This company delivers a cloud-native SaaS platform that unifies financial, invoice, time, and data management, incorporating AI and predictive analytics to enhance efficiency and drive growth for legal practices.
The Role
- Build and sustain deep, trusted relationships with a portfolio of law firm and corporate legal clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic partner.
- Drive account growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and business needs.
- Maintain accurate account planning records within the CRM and forecast sales pipeline effectively.
- Proactively manage the customer lifecycle, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage customer data to identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to design and deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-driven proposals.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services.
- Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with a track record of exceeding retention and growth targets.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and experience guiding clients through on-premises to cloud transitions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate customer goals into actionable account strategies.
