Join OSW Energy, a fast-growing leader in solar distribution, and play a key role in growing our presence across the UK. ☀️
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of an assigned customer base and region, combining new business development, account management and relationship building to drive profitable growth.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth and achieve agreed revenue and gross profit targets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, referrals and customer visits
- Identify new opportunities and grow existing customer accounts
- Manage and develop your customer portfolio to maximise retention and repeat business
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
- Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals
- Negotiate commercially and turn opportunities into successful sales
- Keep leads, opportunities and customer activity up to date in our CRM
- Build strong knowledge of OSW Energy, our products, competitors and the UK solar market
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

🔑 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
- A proactive, target-driven approach to sales and business development
- Knowledge of the UK solar industry is preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Degree preferred, but not essential
