Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and winning new business.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of an established customer portfolio while also driving new revenue through qualified inbound leads and proactive sales activity.

If you’re commercially minded, confident speaking to senior decision-makers and motivated by hitting — and exceeding — targets, this could be the role for you.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + annual bonus and benefits

Location: Near Fleet (a driver would be beneficial due to location)

Full-time, Permanent

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value.
  • Convert qualified inbound and marketing-generated leads into new business.
  • Own the full sales journey, from initial conversation through to close and successful onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and recommending solutions that deliver real value.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring excellent sales discipline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, retention and new business targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
