Location: Southampton
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 + performance related bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – no weekends, no evenings!

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage your own portfolio of small to mid-sized clients with a growth mindset
- Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value
- Working to targets with a generous incentive scheme to match
- Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure all processes are compliant and well-documented

What We’re Looking For
- An attitude of “I will over IQ” together with a drive for growth
- Transferable skills from customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player who can also thrive independently
