Our Client

Mackie Myers are partnering with an innovative technology business that provides specialist solutions to customers across international markets. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to support and develop their expanding client portfolio.

The Role

This is a hands-on account management position responsible for nurturing client relationships, monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities to increase customer value. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customer success, retention and long-term growth.

Main Duties

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
  • Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support customer retention and long-term account growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase value across existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.

The Successful Candidate

  • Previous experience within Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing commercial role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on client retention and growth.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be beneficial.
  • Able to commute to Thame, Oxfordshire, with hybrid working flexibility available.
