Account Manager (CRM) - Digitas
We're hiring an Account Manager to join our Client Services team and help deliver impactful CRM campaigns for a leading global brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of client relationships, bringing together strategy, creative and delivery teams to create customer experiences that drive results. If you enjoy building strong partnerships, keeping projects moving and finding ways to improve how things get done, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for CRM clients, managing briefs and helping shape effective responses.
- Lead campaign delivery from brief through to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage project plans, timelines and status updates across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate briefing and workflow processes for creative and copy teams.
- Manage feedback and approvals, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review work for quality, accuracy and brand consistency before delivery.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Skills we're looking for:
- Experience in an Account Management, Client Services or similar client-facing agency role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confidence taking ownership of projects and delivering against agreed timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and ways of working.
- CRM or customer marketing experience is advantageous, but a genuine interest in learning is equally important.
