The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take responsibility for developing and growing our customer base across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering results.

You will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts while actively identifying and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow existing customer accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
  • Promote Boxpak and our products and services professionally at all times.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information and complete company reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.
  • Represent Boxpak professionally when visiting customers and attending meetings.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded sales professional with a proven track record of developing business and building strong customer relationships.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, with a track record of winning and developing business.
  • Experience of working with key accounts, ideally within the printing, labels, packaging or corrugated industries.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the drive to achieve agreed targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using management information systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
