About noissue

noissue is a modern brand company that builds tools, products, and experiences for the next generation of business owners.

We think like the brands we serve: creative, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial. We empower brands to express their identity through design. We champion creativity as a strategic tool, packaging as storytelling, not just utility.

Our customers range from fast-growing DTC startups to globally recognised brands, all of whom care about how their products arrive in the world. Packaging isn’t an afterthought for them, it’s part of their brand experience, their supply chain, and their values.

As an Account Manager at noissue, you won’t be managing transactions. You’ll be building partnerships. You’ll help brands make smarter packaging decisions, scale sustainably, and deliver consistently great experiences to their customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with some of the world’s most exciting brands to support their primary packaging needs as they grow and evolve
  • Building genuine, long-term customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner and packaging expert, not just a point of contact
  • Owning and growing a portfolio of accounts by identifying opportunities across volume-based pricing, new product lines, and value-add services such as free storage, local distribution, and flexible payment terms
  • Proactively prospecting new brands that align with noissue’s ideal customer profile, brand centricity, and long-term growth goals
  • Reaching out to prospective customers in creative, thoughtful ways, prioritising relevance, quality, and long-term fit over quick wins
  • Visiting key accounts frequently to deepen relationships, understand operational realities, and stay close to our customers’ businesses
  • Creating tailored pricing, production, and distribution proposals that balance brand ambition, operational needs, and commercial realities
  • Managing a clean, accurate pipeline in our CRM and consistently delivering against quarterly revenue targets
  • Owning the end-to-end customer experience, from first conversation through production, delivery, and ongoing optimisation
  • Acting as an internal advocate for your customers, collaborating closely with operations, production, and customer support teams to ensure seamless outcomes
  • Staying curious about packaging trends, sustainability innovations, and the evolving needs of modern brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
