Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager based in the United Kingdom.
This is a customer-focused opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships across the hospitality technology sector.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, helping them achieve their business objectives while driving engagement, retention, and account growth.
The role combines consultative relationship management with data analysis, strategic guidance, customer advocacy, and commercial opportunity identification.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner, helping customers optimise their use of technology and translate their goals into measurable success outcomes.
Working with international customers, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
The environment is remote-first, fast-paced, and growth-oriented, offering significant autonomy and opportunities to influence customer strategy.
Experience across the European hospitality market, particularly in customer-facing hospitality or hospitality technology roles, will position you strongly for success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
