Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for owning and nurturing client relationships from onboarding through ongoing growth. This role manages a portfolio of brand and institutional clients, understanding their goals and translating them into effective community-based marketing strategies using TRES solutions. The Account Manager works closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and analytics to ensure smooth delivery, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This position also involves:

  • Proactively gathering client feedback
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting new business pitches when required

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client services, or customer success, ideally within marketing, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in using data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign impact, generate insights, and support recommendations.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, community management, or audience engagement strategies is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to deliver client outcomes.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a respectful, inclusive manner.
