Role Description
The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing campaign timelines, coordinating with creative and strategy teams, preparing briefs, and monitoring performance against client goals. The role involves leading client meetings, presenting proposals and reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value and grow accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stapleford, Hertford, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and clients to maintain high service standards and consistent communication.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years experience in account management or client services within marketing, advertising, or a related B2B environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusting, long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, organise workloads, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Comfortable working on-site and participating in in-person meetings, workshops, and reviews.
- Proficiency with standard office and project management tools; familiarity with agency workflow systems is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is advantageous.
