Are you an experienced recruiter who loves the delivery side of the job but has had enough of chasing new business? π
We're partnering with a well-established executive search business looking to add an Account Manager to their team, recruiting experienced and executive-level professionals across the UK Construction & Infrastructure markets.
This is a relationship and delivery-focused role - built for someone who wants to stay close to candidates and clients, without the pressure of cold BD.

The Role
- Managing and delivering on existing client mandates
- Recruiting experienced and senior/executive-level hires
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the search process
- Meeting and engaging with existing clients
- Managing searches from brief through to successful placement
- No cold BD or expectation to win new clients
What We're Looking For
- Solid recruitment experience, ideally within executive search or a senior desk
- Confident managing full search processes end-to-end
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Looking to move away from a sales-heavy 360 role
