Job Description

The Account Manager plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the company while contributing to long-term commercial growth.

The successful candidate will be involved in managing existing accounts, understanding client needs, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and key account performance indicators.
  • Supporting contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Preparing regular reports on account performance and commercial opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of English
