Job Description

We are looking for a confident, driven and highly proactive Account Manager to join our Corporate & Relocation Services team.

This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, embassies and other business partners, helping employees and individuals relocating to London find suitable homes across our network of offices and brands.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the accounts they help onboard, acting as the main point of contact for enquiries, property searches and ongoing relationship management. Working closely with our lettings and sales teams, they will ensure clients receive a seamless service and access to the best available properties across the Group.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that combines account management, property matching, customer service and commercial relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, embassies and other business partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for enquiries generated through assigned accounts.
  • Conduct detailed property searches across Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Campions and wider Group brands to identify suitable options for clients.
  • Liaise closely with branch teams to source the most appropriate properties and maximise viewing opportunities.
  • Coordinate property recommendations, feedback and next steps throughout the client journey.
  • Support relocating employees and tenants, providing a professional, consultative and solutions-focused service.
  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and progressed efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with Lettings, Sales, Key Clients, Build to Rent, Business Development, Tenancy Services and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, client updates and activity within CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and increase business volumes from managed accounts.
  • Monitor service levels and ensure a consistently high standard of client experience.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
