YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware, fashion jewelry, and precision metal components. Our luxury hardware business combines product development, precision engineering, metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management to support handbags, small leather goods, and premium accessories.

About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager based in London to support the development and management of relationships with luxury leather goods and accessories brands across the UK and selected European markets. The role is suited to professionals with experience in account management, client development, luxury goods, sourcing, or product development who understand how brands and manufacturing partners collaborate throughout the product-development process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with luxury leather goods and accessories brands.
  • Act as a key point of contact for selected clients and industry partners.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate communication with product, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support new product-development opportunities and commercial discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and develop new accounts.
  • Provide insights into the UK luxury and accessories market.
  • Support long-term account development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client services, business development, sales, sourcing, or product development.
  • Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, handbags, accessories, or premium consumer products is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience working with international clients or suppliers is an advantage.
  • Existing relationships within the UK luxury or fashion ecosystem are highly valued.
