We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial workplace dining and hospitality locations across the Thames Valley region. Managing 4 distinct contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £3 million, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement across the portfolio.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships, and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.
If you are an ambitious hospitality leader looking to take ownership of a multi-site operation, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional food and service experiences, we would love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
