Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Exeter, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with salon and retail partners, acting as the primary contact for account planning, product assortment, and performance review. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales targets, preparing and delivering business reviews, coordinating promotions and launches, and monitoring sell-in and sell-through data to identify opportunities and risks. The Account Manager will work closely with marketing, education, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives, accurate forecasting, and high service levels. The role also involves regular market visits, competitor analysis, and the communication of brand strategies to customers to support sustainable growth and an excellent partner experience.

- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience in building long-term partnerships and handling key accounts.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear action plans.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) to coordinate campaigns, launches, and operational activities.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent brand strategies to external partners.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in beauty, professional salon, FMCG, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) to manage pipelines, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional
