B2B and Consumer Technology Communications

Who We Are

Delphi is a brand and reputation consultancy for ambitious technology businesses. We help clients find inspired answers at defining moments - bringing together strategic communications, storytelling, campaigns, and innovation to make complex technology compelling.

We work with businesses shaping the future of their markets, from global technology brands to high-growth scale-ups. Our work spans consumer and B2B technology, including consumer tech, cybersecurity, AI, fintech, enterprise software, digital infrastructure, employee experience, and other fast-moving sectors where reputation, clarity, and momentum matter.

We are a certified B Corp, and we take how we operate as seriously as the work we create. We are building a consultancy with high standards, generous collaboration, and a clear sense of purpose - one that gives ambitious people the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow quickly, and play a visible role in what comes next.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be a driving force behind day-to-day client work across a portfolio of technology brands. You will set the drumbeat for ongoing media relations, lead campaign delivery, and bring pace, creativity, and reliability to everything you touch.

You will ideally have experience across consumer and B2B technology, with a real feel for how tech stories land with mainstream, lifestyle, and national media, as well as trade and business press. Above all, you will be someone who lives and breathes media relations - with strong existing relationships and the instinct to build many more.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
