Nu-Heat was born from a desire to provide underfloor heating solutions in the UK, when in 1992, no supplier existed. Since then, we have been perfecting bespoke, high efficiency home heating systems whilst developing our own industry leading underfloor heating products along the way.

Backed by lifetime technical support and award-winning customer service, our bespoke heating systems are precisely designed for our customers' projects, so they feel the difference.

Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nu-heat has ambitious growth plans.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own section of Nu-Heat’s trade and new business customer base. This includes nurturing existing relationships and proactively sourcing new opportunities to drive long-term sales growth.

You’ll manage the customer experience from initial contact through to order confirmation, whether the customer has a live project or not. This involves specifying the most suitable system(s) for each customer, maintaining strong conversion and retention rates, and ensuring a tailored package of support is in place for your portfolio of accounts.

You will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with both existing and potential customers, proactively identify, qualify, and follow up on new business leads, manage enquiries from lead creation through to order confirmation and contribute to both personal and team sales targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
