Account Partner – Bristol
Location: Bristol – majority onsite
Contract: 9-month FTC
Start Date: 28 September 2026
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 pro rata
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Partner to join a fast-paced team in Bristol, managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners.
You will act as the primary point of contact for your partners, helping them grow their businesses and get the most from the platform. This is a relationship-focused role that combines account management, sales, problem-solving, and data analysis.
You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing competing priorities, handling objections, and building strong relationships with external partners.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB partners and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Use data and performance insights to monitor KPIs and develop account plans.
- Conduct consultative outreach and understand each partner's individual business needs.
- Negotiate with partners, overcome objections, and gain commitment to new initiatives.
- Resolve merchant issues and identify practical solutions to unblock growth.
- Encourage adoption of new features, marketing products, and services.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to share market insights.
- Maintain accurate records and account information using Salesforce.
- Support process improvements and standardization across the team.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

You should also have:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience negotiating with customers or external partners.
- The ability to overcome objections and influence decisions.
- A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Confidence using data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluency in the local market language.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Desirable Experience
- Salesforce experience.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts or customers.
- Experience working with restaurants, hospitality, technology, or marketplace businesses.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
