The Role:
As an Account Manager within this Manchester marketing agency, you'll become the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, helping shape their marketing strategies while remaining actively involved in campaign delivery.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage timelines and delegate work. You'll collaborate closely with internal specialists while contributing to Digital PR, SEO and Social campaigns, ensuring every piece of work delivers measurable commercial value.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts across multiple sectors
- Build trusted relationships with clients and become their primary point of contact
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned to commercial objectives
- Support Digital PR, SEO and Social Media campaigns
- Lead client meetings, reporting and campaign reviews
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver exceptional work
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to an exceptionally high standard

About You:
- Previous Account Management experience within a marketing agency
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships
- Experience across Digital PR, SEO and Social Media
- Enjoy remaining hands-on with campaign delivery
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
The Package:
- Salary of £33,000 - £37,000
- Hybrid working (2 days in the Manchester office, 3 from home)
