Junior Account Manager | High-growth SaaS | London (Hybrid) | £35-45K + bonus
About our Client
Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS data platform company based in London that is transforming how enterprise businesses, financial institutions, and analytics teams harness complex data assets. Their cloud-native platform is a strong contender for market-leader in their space.
Operating in a high-growth scale-up environment, they champion absolute autonomy, genuine ownership, and operational agility. If a candidate thrives in a rapid-iteration, customer-obsessed culture where they are trusted to own client relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive enterprise value every single day, they will find a massive opportunity here.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the commercial growth engine and primary relationship manager for a dedicated portfolio of existing enterprise clients. This is a consultative upsell role, and we need genuinely curious individuals.
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Accounts, this is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving net revenue retention, expanding platform adoption, and protecting recurring revenue across key accounts. We want a strong personality paired with proactive intelligence for this role - we don't need you to have 10 years experience, but we need a drive to learn and grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
