ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading marketing agency based in the outskirts of Leeds, renowned for delivering bold, integrated campaigns for an impressive portfolio of well-known brands in the retail space. The agency is known for producing standout work, building strong client relationships and fostering a collaborative, ambitious culture.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering integrated creative campaigns from brief through to execution. Working closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams, you'll help bring big ideas to life across a range of channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact for the clients
- Delivering retail campaigns to a high standard from brief through to execution
- Collaborating closely with Creative, Production and Account teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocation across multiple client projects
- Presenting concepts, campaign updates and final deliverables to clients, whilst confidently managing feedback
- Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts
About You
You'll be an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing fast-paced projects, and delivering retail experiences that drive results for a portfolio of clients.

We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within a marketing agency
- Experience working with clients in the retail space
- Strong client management, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
- Experience working closely with Creative and Production teams to deliver campaigns from concept through to installation or rollout
- A passion for creating engaging customer experiences that deliver measurable results for brands
