Join our Commercial team as an Account Manager!
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with experience in account management, business development, or media sales.
You'll be responsible for growing revenue across South Wales by developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering effective advertising solutions across Bauer Media's market-leading audio brands and wider portfolio.

The Difference you will make
You'll play a key role in driving commercial growth across South Wales, helping businesses achieve their marketing objectives while contributing to Bauer's commercial success.
By developing new client relationships, nurturing existing accounts and identifying opportunities across Bauer's portfolio, you'll help maximise revenue and strengthen Bauer's position as a trusted advertising partner.
Your role
- Deliver Bauer Media's commercial strategy across South Wales.
- Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to team performance objectives.
- Identify, secure and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing advertising clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies and key stakeholders.
- Develop tailored advertising and marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and effectively manage opportunities from prospecting through to sale.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Act as an ambassador for Bauer Media and its brands at all times.

The Skills you will bring
- Proven experience in account management, sales, business development or a commercial role.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective commercial solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
- Confidence using CRM systems, sales technology and digital tools.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new technologies and ways of working, including AI-enabled tools.
Working Pattern/Location
This is a full-time permanent role based in South Wales, combining local market presence with collaboration across Bauer's wider Commercial teams.
