About The Role
OTE: £93,000+ (Uncapped Commission, Real-life examples of overachieving)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Horsham, West Sussex (Hybrid Roles Available)
Due to a rapid rate of growth, supported by a number of acquisitions, the Global 4 account management division is looking for an experienced Account Manager, which presents a fantastic opportunity to join this high-performing division. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients, while penetrating accounts for renewals of services and cross-selling our full suite of services. They will be a hosted telephone and connectivity expert, with the tools to cross-sell IT support, Mobiles, Utilities, and Security services, supporting their customers housing their key business services under one Global 4 roof.
What will you be doing?
- Onboard, grow and develop acquired clients through building and delivering strategic account engagement plans.
- Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms to our existing customers, through our multi-service discount proposal.
- Support our clients to evolve their technology, from Cloud Telephony to IT Managed Services, to Mobiles & Utilities.
- Managing your base of accounts like your own business, with a focus on retaining our customers through building fantastic relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for account queries with help from our extensive support teams.
- Update customer and service information, on the in-house CRM System, to determine and track future opportunities.
- Opportunity tracking / pipeline development.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in telecommunication/IT solution sales.
- Experience in managing and retaining Enterprise accounts, while increasing profitability through cross-selling additional services.
- Proven experience of working with and exceeding monthly & quarterly targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and hardworking individual.
- Enthusiastic, high-energy, and proactive.
- Confident with both telephone and face-to-face interaction with clients.
- Financially and target-driven.
