Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find an Account Manager to join our Agency Team - Is this your next opportunity?
As an Account Manager you will work across some of the agency’s most high profile clients from the world of sport and entertainment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering industry-defining work across the social and digital landscape. A deep understanding of social media management and platform best practice is therefore a key requirement.
The successful candidate will be managing multiple workflows and stakeholders across a portfolio of agency accounts - helping to ensure scope is being delivered successfully and efficiently. You will act as a regular point of contact for senior client stakeholders and will need to liaise and coordinate with several internal functions including social media management, strategy, insights, production and operations. Successful candidates will therefore need to be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, relationship development and project management skills. They will also be able to multitask, prioritise and troubleshoot effectively whilst working under pressure and to deadlines. The ability to spot and develop new commercial opportunities through client upsells and service expansion is also a requirement of the role.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Manage multiple workflows across a client portfolio to ensure complex client projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and helping to ensure our work is constantly striving to achieve those objectives.
- Liaise with multiple business areas internally to help ensure full alignment across scope delivery and to manage and prioritise deliverables effectively.
- Keep our delivery under constant review, make proactive suggestions and recommendations to ensure best-in-class client servicing at all times.
- Support with the creation and presentation of in-depth insights reports, using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative data - ensuring recommendations and agreed action points are implemented as necessary.
- Support Account Directors in ensuring resourcing plans are optimised.
- Spot potential challenges on the horizon, flagging up to senior management and working collaboratively to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Keep service expansion and upsell opportunities front of mind, working with Account Directors to develop these conversations across the client portfolio.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practice ( including across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and, TikTok)
- Excellent understanding of platform analytics and reporting
- A track record of successfully juggling multiple workflows and prioritising effectively.
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen in relation to resource management and account development (through service expansion and upsells)
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Strong ability to plan ahead and relay plan to stakeholders
- A real team player - working closely with both the Little Dot and client team to deliver best-in-class results
