Discover the World (DTW) Account Manager
Discover the World (DTW) continues to strengthen its established airline portfolio, working with a range of long-standing and successful global partners. To support this work, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of a key airline client within the UK market.
About the Role
As the Account Manager, you will be the face of this major airline client, representing them within the UK travel industry and acting as their primary contact in the market. You will work closely with senior decision makers, raise brand awareness, and drive revenue growth across leisure (OTA), TMC, and corporate channels.
You will be a proactive and self-motivated commercial partner — targeting key UK trade accounts, building strong relationships, and fully embedding yourself into the client’s way of working. You’ll support global sales strategies, champion the brand, and ensure that DTW delivers exceptional value and representation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
