Job Description
We're looking for a commercially minded Client Account Manager to build trusted client relationships and drive campaign success!
We offer up to £45,000 Salary depending on experience, Car allowance £6k, a comprehensive benefits package, including Peppy healthcare App and generous holiday entitlement.
Ideal Location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14
Hybrid between office, field and home.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be a key point of contact for CPM clients, building strong relationships and ensuring we consistently deliver an excellent service. You'll take ownership of day-to-day account delivery, working across internal teams and stakeholders to keep activity on track, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
You'll need to quickly understand your clients' businesses and operating channels, using your commercial awareness, communication skills and experience to influence decisions, solve problems and add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong client relationships through regular performance reviews and meetings.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact, ensuring client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Identify opportunities to add value and support new business proposals and pitches.
- Manage project budgets and support revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor performance, maintain management controls and provide clear project updates.
- Share best practice and identify opportunities to improve client service and internal efficiency.
- Support pitches, tender responses and new business activity where required.

About You
You'll be a confident relationship builder who enjoys working with clients, solving problems and using data to drive better business decisions. You're commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Essential Experience
- Experience in account management, client services or business development.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Confidence analysing data and using insights to shape recommendations (Power BI experience is advantageous).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- The ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience within FMCG, retail or agency environments is desirable.
